Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to absolutely love what you've bought from NICEGAFF. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. Here's everything you need to know.

Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason — no questions asked. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at admin@nicegaff.com before returning anything.

How to Return an Item

Returning something is straightforward:

  1. Email us at admin@nicegaff.com within 14 days of receiving your order, letting us know you'd like to return it and why.
  2. We'll confirm the return and provide you with the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible and send it back within 14 days of notifying us.
  4. We recommend using a tracked service — return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them — unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if an item has been handled beyond what's necessary to inspect it.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method — whether that's your card via Shopify Payments or PayPal. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to process it.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement — and we'll cover any return postage costs.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been used, assembled, or are missing original packaging, unless they are faulty.

Large & Bulky Items

For larger furniture pieces, returns may require a specialist courier collection. We'll arrange this with you directly and confirm any associated costs before proceeding.
